Yeah, same "update" for my S23 Ultra, however Play System remains on November 1st.
Seems to be a pattern from Google to push at least one small update, which seems to be a preparation for the actual Play System Update.
Funny how some people get upset about Samsung's Security Patch Updates, but say nothing about Google's Play System Updates being behind.
