I have the exact same problem as posted here on the Samsung US community, except I am using an Xbox Series X instead of a PC.

When I attempt to make a warranty claim on the Canadian site, the script used by the agent eventually requires me to connect another gaming device to the HDMI 2.1 port, and as for this post, I do not have another output device capable of VRR.

I literally cannot make a warranty claim.

Is there a moderator on the Canadian forum who can help me with this problem?

I had this problem. Its the Xbox. Reset the rez mode by holding down power and eject on Xbox for 10 second or rather two chimes. Don't let go till the second chime. Start this with the Xbox off. The noise went away even after putting it back on 4k 120hz

If you're experiencing a similar issue with your Samsung TV and Xbox, try holding down the eject and power button on your Xbox for 10 seconds to launch it in low-resolution mode, and see if that resolves the high-pitched noise problem, particularly in game mode or movie mode on Samsung TVs/Tizen OS.

I have a solve!

If you're having an issue with your Samsung TV making a high-pitched noise when your Xbox is connected, particularly in game mode or movie mode, I may have a solution for you. I recently encountered this issue when I accidentally changed my Xbox's HDMI setting to "HDMI Manual," and then the display stopped showing up on my TV.

To fix the issue, I held down the eject and power button on my Xbox for 10 seconds until I heard two chimes, which launched my Xbox in low-resolution mode. After that, the high-pitched noise problem was gone, even after switching the Xbox back to 4K UHD 120Hz.
