S21 Ultra Sound Issues

My s21 ultra after the latest update had a crackling sound on the speaker. Is there any recommendation how to fix this?

It's likely to be a coincidence that you are hearing a "crackle" after the update. 

Open the Samsung Members app & Click on Support > Phone Diagnostics & run the Diagnostics for the Speaker. See if you get any error messages.

It's possible that there's some debris in the speaker & you can try Clearing the debris (if that's the cause) using a speaker cleaner app from the Play Store (mostly designed to remove moisture), but may work for you, as long as you didn't get any error messages from the Diagnostics.

I did the diagnostics and it still there. Everytime i put a pressure on the speaker the crackling sound was gone and after i remove my finger to the speaker it comes back. That's i've been noticed

The Diagnostics won't ever fix anything, but did you get any error messages after running the Diagnostics for the speaker?

Did you try the Speaker Cleaner app?

No. I don't get any error messages after i running the diagnostics. It's all normal

Try the Speaker Cleaner, if you still have the "crackle", you might want to visit a Samsung Service Centre to get it checked out by a tech. 

I really don't think that it's anything to do with the update.

What is the model number of your device, are you located in Canada? 

Does your Bank's Credit Card support Samsung Pay?
