I am in the same situation with my Z Flip 4. The best solution would be to log on to your personal computer, log in to your Hotmail/Outlook, GMail or whatever account you use to block those emails. On the mobile phone version of Hotmail/Outlook there is no available feature to allow permanent blocking of emails.
