I had a ticked created in December where I clearly told them I have hard reset my device to no avail. Then I get a call today that I missed and the message was to call them back to confirm if I am still having problems. I call back and am told they were calling to do a factory reset with me on the phone! Seriously! Weeks later to try what I have already done? Samsung tech support is completely ridiculous. I am under warranty, replace the brick. It is not a hard ask. Then I ask when am I getting a service call? The guy literally didn't know or care and hung up on me. What a joke. Since I am under warranty, record ALL my calls, and am being given the run around, it is fair to say that a small claims lawsuit is incoming. Samsung is not honoring their warranty and as such I advise anyone reading this who doesn't already know, avoid them like the plague. LG is better in every way.
