How can I get Samsung Easy Print app?

My Samsung M2885FW printer stopped printing PDFs from my laptop and also won't print anything from my android9 phone via wifi direct.  How can I fix this? I can't access Samsung Easy Print, and the Samsung Experience app doesn't have these options and doesn't even recognize my printer.  Thanks

p.s. I did manage to set up the printer's wifi, but it still won't print.  A youtube tutorial says you have to hit a WPS button on the router as well as on the printer, but there's no such button on our router.  Any ideas?  Thanks

Everything is explain here but sometime you need to use a printer cable for the installation when your router does'nt have a WPS button. Try reinstalling your printer with the new softwares and drivers on PC or install Samsung Mobile Print  from Google Play Store on your Android device.

If you are still having any issues, Please visit HP website: www.support.hp.com to input the printer details (Model, Serial Number) and acquire a case number to talk to HP support by calling 1-855-709-2202. Samsung printer support is managed by HP now and they would help you further to fix the issue.
