OthersHad a HW-A450 for about a year. Recently I updated its firmware to version1016. Then things got weird. My Samsung smart tv did not recognize the soundbar. No sound thru soundbar. After trying everything(unplugging, etc.) the soundbar ended up showing “NO DATA”. Frustrated, I went to store where I bought it. They had no record of my purchase and I didn’t have a receipt. Thus no warranty. So I ended up buying a HW-B450. Well, after 4 days it started acting weird. It would shut off for about 10 seconds then turn on, then shut off again for 10 seconds and keep repeating. Spoke to a Samsung tech. and after trying a few things was told to take it back. I did so and got it exchanged for a HW-B550, which is still working after 3 weeks. This sound bar has great sound but I’m still very disappointed about the other two.
Question: As I still have the non-working HW-A450, I would appreciate it if a firmware update previous to v1016 could be send to me. Not sure if the soundbar would accept it but I would give it a try.

OthersHi, we are very sad to hear about your experience with your Sound bars.
Have you tried to Pair your Sound bar with another Bluetooth device? Also, did you reset the Sound bar and test If the issue is with updating itself or any other hardware issue?
However, we are glad to hear that this new Sound bar is working fine.
