So back in July I dropped my s22 ultra and cracked the front and back called into get warranty done they said 2 to 4 weeks. So I went back after 4 weeks just to find out that my phone has been sitting on a desk being a paper wait I asked why hasn't it been sent out the guys said oh we didn't know it wasn't sent out this was on a Friday (I went in and asked about it) he said we will send it out Monday we have a few other phones to send out as well another 3 weeks go by and its still sitting at the store waiting to be shipped out for repair like what am I paying so much for something im not even using so tomorrow were expecting a call from Samsung to see what they can do for us cause we've been paying for the phone even tho we don't have it

Did you use the Samsung warranty? Or did you just take it back to whatever 3rd party store you bought it from?

With a friend along we sensed that Samsung repair stores put us off of repair - its under warranty they rather make us pay for work on phone and not use warranty - they sent us away telling me to get a new cord for samsung a21 still under warranty - this is NOT DOING YOUR JOB.
Consumer protection agency should be notified samsung and associated klinik repair stores puts customers off who have warranty and need fixes. I paid for a new cord - cord with samsung phone was new with phone - samsung should have replaced it no charge - very disappointed - BE AWARE PEOPLE. Never had such bad service with Apple. Samsung still hasn't picked up tv they said they would arrange replacement of be abuse it gets very hot over 100. Pictures were taken - samsung agreed to replace it - fire risk and not energy efficient affecting hydro electricity bills.
Very disappointed and let down by samsung.
