Big Problem.... Please, Can anyone possibly help me and resolve a major dilemma... IT IS NOT MY SERVICE PROVIDER KOODO MOBILITY DOING. So, i had to of cut my own ability to text message to others because I still do recieve All texts sent to me without a problem, but i can't text back. I can't even do any outgoing text what do so ever! Is it something i took off a permission for an app, did i disable the wrong app.. I don't know.. but all i know is all apps i have are all enabled.. and no, it is not because i own an outdated phone... thanks. ANYWAYS, everything else works but outgoing messages. Im stomped out 'n' stumped completely now.. ANY IDEAS IS GREATLY APPRECIATED. If not, carry on have a nice evening.... Byeeeeeeeee

A few things you can try:

  • Switch to Google Messages, if you are currently using Samsung Messages. 
  • Go to Settings & Reset Network Settings > Reboot. 
  • Power off your phone & Remove & Reinsert the SIM card. 
  • Open the Samsung Members app & Click on Support > Diagnostics & run the Diagnostics for the SIM. See if you get any error messages.
  • Replace the SIM with a new one from your Carrier.

Is your email Outlook,which is by Microsoft and they want you to buy more storage?

Email has nothing to do with Texting, Different apps & protocols. Certainly nothing to do with storage.

Hi, please try the suggestions given by RedDogRabbit and verify if your issue with outgoing messages is fixed.
