OthersA few things you can try:
- Switch to Google Messages, if you are currently using Samsung Messages.
- Go to Settings & Reset Network Settings > Reboot.
- Power off your phone & Remove & Reinsert the SIM card.
- Open the Samsung Members app & Click on Support > Diagnostics & run the Diagnostics for the SIM. See if you get any error messages.
- Replace the SIM with a new one from your Carrier.
- Mark as New

OthersEmail has nothing to do with Texting, Different apps & protocols. Certainly nothing to do with storage.
