OthersHello,
I am a spanish project manager from a company callped GFI.
We work in projects related to digital onboarding (for users to become clients of companies remotely).
We have a Web app that needs getUserMedia/Stream API
With the Samsung Browser version 12.0.**bleep** this was working fine, but with new version (and everytime a user opens the Samsung Browser, they are being suggested to download the new version) this feature is not working fine.
Moreover, we are consulting this website https://caniuse.com/stream and it doesn't say anything about the new version.
We have been testing with 12.0.x without any problem. Then we actualize the browse to the 12.1.x and test again, and, sometimes it crashes and sometime the photo taken is corrupted.
Can you help us, as we have issues with many many users now.
Thank you in advance

OthersCouple things you can try
Open Settings → Apps →Samsung Internet →Storage
Click clear cache and clear data
* This will clear the Samsung Internet browser custom settings.
If above suggestion not working, try next suggestion:
Open Settings → Apps →Samsung Internet
Click 3 dots on top right → Uninstall updates
Load the webpage again.
You can try to install the updates again. If problem continue, Open Samsung Members App. In the middle bottom, click Get help. Click Error Report and submit the error to Samsung.
After that, you can uninstall the updates, use the old version for now until samsung fix the problem in next new version for Samsung Internet browser.

OthersThank you @Tallman for providing the information.
Hey Amuriel,
Please follow the steps provided by Tallman and check if it works fine.
If the problem persists, please follow the below steps to send an error report using the Samsung members app.
- From the Samsung Members application tap the "? or Get help " icon.
- Tap Send Feedback.
- You will be directed to the "Send Feedback" screen. Tap Error Reports.
- A message will populate to log data stored in the system. You can choose to Always send or Just this time. We do recommend to be connected to a Wi-Fi network depending on your mobile network plan.
- Once you have selected system log data, you will be able to choose from a category on what issue your device might be experiencing. Please choose a category to proceed with "Error Reports".
