Every time i go to use my speaker that I got for free with Telus it wont turn on.

I haven't really tried connecting to a Bluetooth speaker but I'm sure that the problem is not related to your network provider.

I would charge it then pair it and after that you should be good to go....
I have had mine for about 5 months now and very happy with it...

I thought the battery was the issue as it would only turn on when plugged in and it shows theres one bar left to charge and i thought that was the issue but no
