Hi,

 

For the past two weeks now, there has been a line at the bottom of my TV screen and recently, another showed up. These two lines are visible on all types of inputs and apps. Analyzing the lines, it seems like they reflect the colours shown at the top of the screen. I purchased the TV near the end of last year and is still under the 1-year manufacturing warranty.

Please let me know what I can do to solve this issue.

I would contact your nearest Samsung authorized repair shop or at the very least give Samsung customer service a call.

I have the exact same model and the exact same issue. Searching online, it appears to be a common issue with Samsung TVs. Quite annoyed that such an expensive TV would have issues like this. This line appeared at the bottom of the screen 2 months after the warranty ran out and according to Samsung Support, my only option is to contact a TV repair shop and pay for the repairs. Last time I’m buying a Samsung. Hoping for another class action lawsuit to happen.

I have the same problem with QN75Q6FNAFXZA. Reps are asking me to take the TV to nearest repair shop or I do not want to do that I was asked to buy a new TV. So rude and horrible customer service.

 

Now, I have $2000 TV with lines and can't do anything. Hope these guys get sued.
