Hello there I am looking to find out information regarding Samsung cloud and how the access it. My story is I had a phone a Samsung Galaxy stolen from me about 2 years ago during the pandemic. I bought a new phone a Samsung A50 before the pandemic started and during the pandemic my Samsung Galaxy was just sitting there with video and pictures that were still on it that I was going to transfer to a portable terabyte. Since the phone was stolen I have lost all those pictures and videos of my children during their high school years. And I don't know if I had actually backed it up to Samsung Cloud or if it was automatically backed up during the time that I had that phone. So if my pictures were backed up how do I access Samsung Cloud to find out if all those pictures and videos are there if somebody can help me with that please and thank you?
