Yes, March 1st Play System Update. 

It WAS February 1st Play System until now.

I tried to do a week or two ago and it was just taking forever to even download it and I try to come back and check it later and it acted like it canceled and was just doing it again

Pretty sure that March 1st Play System Update wasn't available anywhere last week. There were a couple of very small Play System Updates, < 10 Meg each.

Those were not the March 1st Play System Update though. Possibly some fixes?
