Message Default App

Is there anyone know how to remove this pop up literally everytime i open the message app it will show up ! Clearing cache and deleting data is nothing to do even wiping up partition cache in android recovery !

Do you know if it's Google's Messages or Samsung's

I use Google Messages and I don't recall ever seeing this after the initial installation.
