message notification mid call

How do you turn off message notifications (specifically text message) so that they do not sound while you are in the middle of a phone call?

I have only been able to find the settling that turn off the notifications completely.

if it matters I have a J3 phone

Dialer - Three Dot Menu Top Right - Settings - Call Alerts - Toggle Off during Calls 😉🐧
Don't know if this setting is available on the J3?
