Hi Members_mPNAhGm, if you are using Samsung Messages app, you may these two solutions:

  1. Clearing Samsung Messages' cache:
    1. Go to Settings
    2. Click 'Apps'
    3. Search for the Samsung Messages app and click it
    4. Click 'Storage'
    5. Then click 'Clear cache'
  2. Wiping the system cache partition:
    1. Turn off the device
    2. Press and hold the Volume Up key and side key (commonly known as power button)
    3. When the phone vibrates, release the keys
    4. Recovery menu will appear, and select "Wipe cache partition" (you may use the volume keys to navigate the menu and side key/power button to select)
    5. Wipe cache partition will begin

Additionally, we recommend checking with your device's carrier if this issue is related to their network.
