Moisture in charge port

Hey guys. I'm not sure if anyone else has had this happen but for 2 weeks now my phone says there's moisture in the charge port, but my phone or charger hasn't come in contact with any moisture. I can only charge my phone wirelessly now and have done everything to try to remove this but nothing is working. Has anyone had this happen??

If you're certain that the USB port is dry, try this:

Go to Settings > Apps & Toggle "Show System Apps" (middle right is the Toggle) >  Click "okay" & Search for "USB Settings" > Select it & Scroll down to Storage and Clear Cache & Reboot.

Another thing you can try is Toggle Off Fast / Super Fast Charging & Back on again.

Hi, please check the Diagnostics on the Samsung Members app and see if you find any issues with the USB Charging port on your device. 

Samsung Members app >> "Get Help" >> Diagnostics & "Cable Charging" & "USB Connection".

If still there's a problem, then you might need to get the device examined by the Samsung authorized service technician.
