My battery died in my smart tag as I tried to replace the battery but only get four beeps every time I put in a new battery. I tried three new batteries thinking maybe the batteries may be dead but all three were new (bought them today) I did all the reset instructions and still nothing. Also I couldn't find anything online about what the 4 beeps mean. Any ideas??
If you Open SmartThings and Click on the 3 Line menu > Click on "All Devices" and select the Smart Tag, you should be able to view the Smart Tag's battery level.
The original battery was dead, so when I couldnt get the smart tag to reconnect I followed the instructions to remove the tag from smart things, so I can't get in to check it.

Sorry for the delayed response, I got frustrated and put it on the shelf for bit. No the steps did not work. Reset will not work. Press/hold the button for 5 seconds while putting the battery in gave the 4 beeps.
