Ever since my S20 Plus 5G took the One UI 5.0 and 5.1 updates I have been unable to use my phone. I am stuck in Emergency Calls Only, and can not connect to my provider's network.
I've done all the trouble shooting (airplane mode on and off, reset networks, cleared cache partition, got a new SIM and even switched providers believing it was my provider, tried manually selecting provider, etc) but nothing has resolved the issue.
I've searched the internet and discovered that many people are having this same issue with One UI updates 5.0 and 5.1. Is Samsung going to fix this, and if so when? Because I am wasting money paying for cell service I can not use.
Lmfao You're an **bleep**. Those two search terms will show you hundreds of people with the same issue and many other issues. Especially the first one, because people want to remove the very buggy 5.1 update.
