Hi.

Today, I ordered an Galaxy Flip 3 for the Mother's day gift. I chose PayBright as a payment method and received the confirmation email from PayBright as well.

However, I still received no confirmation email from Samsung after several hours. I also checked the order in the Samsung website but no success. 

Can anyone help me what is going on for my order?

Love ordering from Amazon. Almost instant confirmation of the order & delivery date..

Maybe Samsung should consider using Amazon's Ordering & Logistics...

 

Maybe there's a helpful TikTok video, Samsung's Order desk could view.. lol 😂
