OthersAll great points. I don't get why companies always feel the need to change around the UI when we've repeated the same actions thousands of times and can operate our phones efficiently already. If you want a slimmed down look for efficiency, well that's now gone because certain tiles are just mandatory even if you have zero plans to ever use it. I guess giving users more choice to customize the look and feel of the UI is too much of an ask.

OthersHi Lex027,
Thanks for your detailed feedback — and we completely understand your frustration. You’ve outlined a number of concerns after the One UI 7 update on the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
We truly appreciate you taking the time to explain what’s not working. Your voice helps push for improvements. While it doesn’t undo the inconvenience this update has caused, please know that your feedback is being heard — and we’ll continue to advocate for more user control and flexibility in future One UI versions.

OthersI think you people forget that this is my phone. I have this phone just the way I like it. I like the way it works I have it set up so that it works for me. You want to update the operating system that's fine, but you do not have the right to completely change how my phone looks, and works. What you have done is completely changed my phone without my consent. I absolutely hate 7.0.

OthersAnd furthermore, don't you guys give a toss about your customers? My phone has worked a certain way since it was newly purchased. I do see why I need to relearn my own phone this late in the game. My phone doesn't even operate in the same fashion like it did before 7.0. All my phone does now is irritate me. If you guys are just going to reach in and start messing with people's personal items, you should at least have the decency to allow us to keep your upgrade but have the same look and function ability that we've become accustomed to. Rude! That's what this is rude. Not to mention I'm pretty pissed off about it. All my phone does is irritate me now. And you can tell that it does, because I never waste my time coming on these useless forums, but I just got to yell something at Samsung for screwing my phone up.

OthersI am echoing the same complaints as Lex027 and Lmaga. Additionally, the clock transparency is now completely blocking the picture on the homescreen, despite being adjusted all the way to the left as previously set. The clock option doesn't have a clock without the seconds being counted. I don't want to see the seconds being counted. I want the clock exactly how it was.
The battery level of the phone and charging status are now so tiny that they are illegible, which creates accessibility issues during a time when most products are becoming more user friendly and accessible!Samsung is moving backward in time.
Also, Android users want to be able to customize their devices rather than being lumped into the one size fits all of Apple products, and now you are emulating Apple by taking away our choices to keep our layouts of our devices the way we prefer them. Another exampe of Samsung moving backward If Samsung cannot immediately produce an update that reverts more control back into the hands of the users and improve accessibility options by making icons more visible then it will lose customers, atleast this one and my husband. We have been Samsung phones for a lot of years but if Samsung wants to make icons so tiny and illegible that they can't be seen and there is no accessibility option to enlarge the icons or the ability to customize and retain previous layout settings then the result will be a loss of customers, I guarantee you. I speak for both myself and my husband who now refuses to even use his phone after the latest update.
What is the protocol for uninstalling the latest update amd reverting to the previous system? How do I turn off auto updating to avoid this problem from occurring again?
