1. The name: ufi(user friendly interface) instead of One ui 2. The sfinder: instead of placing the search bar at the top of the screen they can place it at the bottom in the app drawer. And also in the notification panel, they can place the Search  button beside the "notification settings" at the bottom. So no need to reach the top or swipe notification twice 3. Icons: they look too cartoonish. Feels like an iPhone but for android users. And for me they don't look professional. 4. The gestures: instead of having three lines at the bottom, just one is sufficient. The actions can be tap for home, drag left or right to back and drag left or right for recents apps( depending on how you set yours) swipe up and hold for multitasking, and hold for Google assistant. 5. Allow us to use Samsung apps or Google apps and to disable those we don't use. 6. Bixby: just cancel it! 7. Boot animation: need a refresh, it's good but too hold. 8. Routine: implement the routine apps from goodlock in the system can be a game changer. Don't set it as a third party app but make it a part of the system. I'm sure everyone thinks the same about routine 9. Task manager: it's cool but too many steps to do multitasking. Just set it as in goodlock. It's much more easier and beautiful. And it gives more customization options. 10. Clock face: add them to the system. Not as third party app 11. Keyboard: space under the keyboard is useless and too much. 12. Edge panel: find a way to make it usable in landscape mode 13. Samsung pay: it's not totally compatible with the gestures. When I switch to gesture, if I want to use my Samsung pay app, there's a little lag of 1 second. The system switch back to normal nav bar, same thing when exiting the app. And I think you should remove the small pay card at the bottom of the home screen and just use the swipe up on fingerprint reader to open when the screen is on. 14. ARemoji: abandon the project!

Samsung Pay lag of 1 second...must be a really important person to measure your time by that lol As for the pay icon at bottom...you can get rid of it. AREmojis are for a certain demographic and apparently you don't belong to it. Instead of complaining just deselect the option in your camera settings. Routines can be an issue but hey I use Google Assistant so meh no biggie. I enjoyed changing my boot animations but hey that was years ago when I was in my 20's. Your other ideas are pretty decent though. I was amazed the search bar was not located near the bottom and still no Edge in landscape mode.

time is money bro. and I need to be productive so every second of my life counts. so I don't want to lose 2 seconds each time I decide to use one of my favorite apps. sure I can get rid of that of my home screen, but I need it to be usable without having to go to home screen or lock screen(read carefully how I want it to be used). ARemoji is useless! so instead of having it in the phone without any effect make it a bloatware. and who likes bloatwares? you I guess...?! they don't even care about that themselves, no new things so far, no major software update to make it more fluid and customizable. look at animoji, they've got plenty of new features to customize their avatars. why not us? animoji is sure at least 1000 times better, but Samsung can make it at least funny even if it's a nightmare... and by removing it from the rom, we gain some storage and ram. routine from Google doesn't work as well as Samsung does. it can't even take my phone out of silent mode, it doesn't recognize automatically the different scenes of your day(home, work, outside...) Samsung's routine does and it's really a pleasure to use. use it and think twice before saying such things! the boot animation is not a hobby! it's to mark something has changed, we've changed and now this is it...! that's how you have to think about the boot animation. and UFI is much more better than one ui, at least, it has a meaning.
