Poor support registering device for " Find My Mobile"

I wanted to set up Find My Mobile for 6 Samsung devices my family owns. 2 devices register on 1 account and show up in Find My Mobile, 3 show as registered in 2nd account but not in Find My Mobile, last cell can't register (already in system) so won't show in Find My Mobile. Spoke with 2 support agents, neither were helpful. Had to give up after trying everything they suggested and that I could think of or search on line. Not too surprising, technology companies rarely provide quality of good support. Shame.
