Reportedly Banned user is still active & posts not removed?

After receiving a DM from Samsung's Moderator, @Valeriya, saying that @TheShayRae has been banned, but he still appears as an "active" member.

The insulting & offensive posts are still on Samsung Members.

Is it so difficult for Samsung Moderators to do what they say they will do?

On top of not doing what they said they would do, they then appear to not be telling the truth, as both the user & their posts remain active on Samsung Members.

Since the comments seem to stopped I am guessing they just suspended this person and didn't remove them or their offensive posts

Hi RedDogRabbit, I have banned the user on 30th September 2021.  You can see the below screenshot for your reference. Also, let us know if there are any posts after 30th September 2021.

Okay, then I'm not sure why searching for the user shows still "active"?

The insulting & offensive posts just remain on Samsung Members?
