Unless it's a Network issue, try Clearing BOTH Cache & Data for Samsung Internet & Reboot.

Are you using any other Browser? If not, try downloading Samsung Internet Beta, or Google Chrome.. see if you have the same issue?

Did you try a different Browser?

I am currently using Samsung Internet (not the Beta), and no issues with it.

Are you using Private DNS? (I am, but it doesn't cause an issue for me).

Is it only this website (in your screen shot), or any address?

"Google.com"?

It's not Samsung Internet.

I just went to the website you are having trouble with.

It's something in your Settings.

Hi Farhan4, please navigate to Samsung Internet Settings:

Open the Samsung Internet app, tap Menu (the three horizontal lines), and then tap Settings.

Allow cookies: Tap Sites and downloads, tap Site permissions, and then tap Cookies. Select Allow all cookies > Tap Back, and then tap the switch next to Allow JavaScript to turn it on.

If the issue persists, you can submit an error report.

Tap and hold on Samsung Members Icon and tap on Error report >> select the category from the below >> Describe the issue and check the option "send system log data" then send.

Thank you.

🛑

Allowing all cookies, is allowing the site to sell your information.

That is poor advice, and definitely not the solution to their issue.

Hi RedDogRabbit, agree with you.

Blocking cookies can help protect your privacy, but it could make some websites stop working correctly.

Thank you.

Except, I went to the same website that they were unable to access, and posted a screen shot of that particular website.

I don't allow any but absolutely necessary cookies. In addition I am using Auto DNS & a Licenced Knox Key Security Ad Blocker.

Still I had no issues accessing the site the member was unable to reach.
