OthersHi Samsung customers, my Samsung washer machine wf229ang always shakes with loud noise when spinning. I followed all the troubleshooting procedures trying to fix it but with little improvement. My machine is on concrete floor with perfectly leveled, and I changed all 4 shock absorbers as well as the dealer which costs more than $200 for parts alone, but the shaking/vibration does not improve at all, it also cause my new sealer being cut by the out of control vibration! Finally I followed one YouTube video whose washer has exact symptom to identify the root cause: it is due to the broken spider of the drum. Then I found large amount similar complaints about the same, I feel this is a product defect of both design and quality control thus it should be recalled. Tried to reach out to Samsung support but it is endless waiting so I decide to post on this forum to see if anyone share the same. Does anyone know if there is a class action on the issue I would love to join?

OthersYou'd be better off to contact Samsung Chat support.
Samsung Members is predominantly used by Mobile Devices & Tablets.
You may get a reply from a Samsung Moderator, who will likely suggest the same thing.
You could also Google Search to see if others have had the same issue.
Good luck with your washer.

OthersHi, As of now there are no such issues with the model. We request you to contact any Samsung authorized service center so that the technician will visit and fix the issue. If the unit is out of warranty then you would be charged for the repair. Refer below link to find Samsung ASC details. https://www.samsung.com/ca/support/service-center/
