Nope. All the internals will be same regardless of where you bought the Tab S4 from.

Exactly. From all regions, including Europe, NA and China, they all have the same Snapdragon SM-T830 model. They all have the same XXU/OXM Multi-CSC firmware (except China which has it's own ZCU FW, and some countries like United Arab Emirates and Turkey that has it's own OJM CSC, or LATAM/South America with OWO, Korea with KOO, Singapore with OLM, HK with TGY)
