Samsung Messages pop up

Has anyone else been getting this annoying pop up for Google chat features on Samsung Messages? I don't agree with the terms of service so I click on "use without chat features " but it just keeps popping back up every 3 minutes.

@Georgine it's all good I just clicked "Agree", I just didn't agree with Google being able to send my data to 3rd. party companies

Update: i was finally told to perform a factory reset. Which is EXTREMELY inconvenient. I have been dealing with this for a week now. I might have to go with a different company for my phone now. Had a samsung for almost 10 years now..
