Samsung messed up my order

When I pre-ordered, I got the confirmation and loan agreement # and everything from Paybright right away but nothing from Samsung.

I thought it was weird and contacted them and all they said was that I needed to wait. It'll come shortly.

After a few days, I went into my Samsung account and saw that my order was canceled. That surprised me so I contacted them again to ask what happened. They said there was an issue with the payment.

Wondering how come, I called paybright to confirm. They said that all went through and everything was ok. I told them Samsung canceled my order and they were surprised.

From there, I contacted Samsung once again by phone because their online chat was useless as always. The agent I got to talk with was actually helpful this time. She, herself, was super surprised that my order was canceled. She said that because I already have a loan agreement number, it makes no sense that the payments didn't go through so she opened up a ticket for them to investigate and they'll get back to me in 24-48 hours.

That was 3 days ago... Still no news😑

So first you guys mess up and now you don't get back to your customers... Seriously, you guys are bad...

Cause of this, my Paybright agreement is still valid under my account. They won't cancel it until they hear from you guys but yallz don't answer... how do you cancel my order and don't even let Paybright know?!

Worst experience ever. I'm gonna be stuck having to finance something I don't even have. Wt...F Samsung, get your *s..h..it together!

I hope they'll figure it out why they cancelled it. But I'm pretty sure you're not gonna finance it if you didn't get the device. Paybright will reach out to them about it if they started deducting it to you... sad to hear this one, i hope you can still pre order within the timeline.

Thanks. Yeah, I called Paybright and they're waiting for an answer from Samsung. But if Samsung won't answer till next month, my payments will start already. I know I'll probably be refunded afterwards but this is a very frustrating situation. I also hope I can pre-order on time but I'm giving up hope at this point.

I had issues about this last time i return my galaxy tab s6 128gb to change to 256gb.. i thought I'll pay via paybright coz the return hasn't confirmed by samsung yet, but paybright reached out to samsung after 3 days then was confirmed about the return. . Just telling you my story. :)

Yeah, hopefully I'll get an answer soon from Paybright. They said that they just launched with Apple too so there are more requests and etc so the delays are taking longer.

As long as I can get everything fixed before the 26th so I don't lose my pre-order promos and all, I'm good.

Best case scenario is that Samsung sees my ticket and they fix it and re-open my order but we'll see.

Please continuously reach out to pay bright regarding your issue and keep calling them. The same issue I have experienced too.

Yeah I've been calling them everyday. It's annoying and frustrating but I feel like I need to insist to get this resolved quickly.

Why are you sending me this? This has NOTHING to do with the Samsung purchase team. My order went through already with paybright. I can even provide the loan agreement #. Everything went correctly on their side. The issue is on Samsung's side! YOU guys are the ones that canceled my order, NOT Paybright. You guys didn't even connect with Paybright to cancel the agreement. Don't tell me there's an issue with the payment when the financing company confirmed everything was correct already.

If there was an authentication error, why would paybright confirm and give me my agreement contract and loan number?

Please use common sense and logic!
