Samsung messed up my order

When I pre-ordered, I got the confirmation and loan agreement # and everything from Paybright right away but nothing from Samsung.

I thought it was weird and contacted them and all they said was that I needed to wait. It'll come shortly.

After a few days, I went into my Samsung account and saw that my order was canceled. That surprised me so I contacted them again to ask what happened. They said there was an issue with the payment.

Wondering how come, I called paybright to confirm. They said that all went through and everything was ok. I told them Samsung canceled my order and they were surprised.

From there, I contacted Samsung once again by phone because their online chat was useless as always. The agent I got to talk with was actually helpful this time. She, herself, was super surprised that my order was canceled. She said that because I already have a loan agreement number, it makes no sense that the payments didn't go through so she opened up a ticket for them to investigate and they'll get back to me in 24-48 hours.

That was 3 days ago... Still no news😑

So first you guys mess up and now you don't get back to your customers... Seriously, you guys are bad...

Cause of this, my Paybright agreement is still valid under my account. They won't cancel it until they hear from you guys but yallz don't answer... how do you cancel my order and don't even let Paybright know?!

Worst experience ever. I'm gonna be stuck having to finance something I don't even have. Wt...F Samsung, get your *s..h..it together!

Something similar happened to me. I got a confirmation from Pay bright but nothing from Samsung. I called Samsung and they told me to call Pay bright. The Pay bright representative told me to to just cancel the order because it seemed to have not gone through to Samsung. Because of that I ended up losing out on the promotion which isn't fair since it's an issue on THEIR end. I'm so hesitant to use Pay bright with Samsung now because it seems that there are technical difficulties between the two and the representatives on the phone seem to have no knowledge of any of it and are no help. It surprises me that Samsung has not said anything about this issue because it happened to both me and my sister so I'm sure it's happened to many other people as well. I never thought of all companies, Samsung would disappoint me this much. Can't remember the last time I had to call customer service so many times.

Yeah, it's ridiculous how both sides don't communicate at all. They are supposed to be working together so they should cooperate and at least give the same answers on a file.

They kept throwing the ball back and forth at each other and up until now, my own account is still locked. Paybright isn't fixing the issues at all.

I had to use a friend's account to order.

But I still lost out on all the pre-order promos and the only thing Samsung customer service said was that because the promo is over. They can't do anything.

The issue was on their side with paybright and it's the customer that has to pay for it... incredible...

I'm in the similar situation, so what happened with your order? How did you resolve? Please reply I'm also frustrated as not getting any response from either side paybright or samsung.
