Samsung oven enamel cracking and peeling

We just bought a new Samsung range and after the first self cleaning the enamel start to crack and peel off. Has anybody else seen this issue. I don’t think this is normal. Should this be cover under warranty.

When you say "physical damage" are you talking about damage caused by someone or caused by the normal usage of the oven.

My stove did this too. It has to be defective. Will you cover it?

Min is doing the same thing, they said it’s cosmetic, and it doesn’t stop the oven from working!!!  I’m so upset, is going to come completely off after years of use.  I paid too much for this to happen.  We need a class action suit

My oven is not even a year old and the enamel has peeled off.  The flakes are sharp like glass.  Frightening when I was wiping it clean with water and paper towel.

I bought a Samsung electric oven December 2022 yesterday I did a self cleaning and the enamel at the base of the oven pealed off . I hat can I do about this
