OthersWe just bought a new Samsung range and after the first self cleaning the enamel start to crack and peel off. Has anybody else seen this issue. I don’t think this is normal. Should this be cover under warranty.

OthersI am dealing with the same thing Samsung are disgrace extremely unprofessional my oven have the same after less than one year that I purchaset.
my oven floor paint peeling off the metal had cavities from what possibly overheating I contact Samsung several of time they keep insisting this is cosmetic idon’t understand how so many Oven owner can have exactly the same thing in short time and also they keep closing tickets and opening a new one to avoid warranties in addition they did send technician a technician admit that this is not just cosmetic and something wrong with the oven however the only thing he could do is hold his phone and play video to someone from Samsung and then they advise him what they think. when I called in they said the technician determined this is physical damage and that’s not true technician never determine anything it was someone over the phone making the decisions this is absolutely unprofessional and it’s definitely organize systems design to avoid taking responsibility for defective oven the consumer must be aware of this fraud

OthersWe purchased 4 kitchen appliances in May 2020. Extended warranty for the range. We dont use the oven a lot (3 self cleans since purchase). Did a 3 hour self clean yesterday. Did a wipe through to remove any bits before starting. The clean completed and when I went to do the I wen the wipe down of the inside and ended up with a shard of enamel in my finger. Wow was I surprised!
I have the 2 year extended warranty on the range and the help desk (Warranty company, not Samsung) didnt entertain anything I had to say after I mentioned rust.......Rust under the enamel🤔
That being said I havent engaged Samsung directly but based on this forum this isnt an isolated incident.
Pretty disappointing
