Samsung Pass not working

Hi,
I changed my Samsung account location from India to Canada and since then Samsung pass isn't working. I have already tried
1) deleting fingerprints
2) uninstall updates for Samsung pass.

I can't change the country back to India, because timeline is limited for one change in 6 months.

Anyone knows now to get it to work?
If not, how to recover saved password on Samsung pass( i dont see pass on my Samsung account when i login via website as well). 
also, any app which enters password in other apps as seamlessly as did Samsung pass.


PS: I have tried contacting Samsung customer service multiple times and best reply I got till now was "contact the support for India" as phone was purchased there

yes, i ment it stopped working after changing location in Samsung account. it was working well before here

1 Launch Samsung Members app.

2 Tap on Support and Scroll down the screen and select Error Reports.

3 Choose a category below.

4 Make Sure That Send System Log Data is Selected to Help Resolve Your Questions Quickly and Describe Your Problem in Details.

I already did that and they requested after 15 days to connect via live chat.
I connected via live chat and they said contact Samsung India where you purchased phone!

Hi, just to confirm have you contacted to the place of purchase ? if not, please contact them as they have only access of it.

Did you device originate in India, and now you're using it in Canada? I know Samsung Pay (now Samsung Pass) is only applicable in the region the device is purchased in, from my understanding

I don't believe there's a recovery for that password, I think it functions like a PIN lock for security as it's user-set. You could try using Google Wallet, but I wouldn't recommend a third-party app unless your bank offers an app that also stores cards for use
