Hi guys i need help advice it's been a week now since i request data and my samsung cloud is locked due to progress of my request im just wondering how many more days will take this to be done and unlock my samsung cloud? Im a little bit stress now. 😩

Log in to the web version of Samsung Members community Canada (Link: https://r1.community.samsung.com/t5/community/ct-p/ca-community ) and click on the Message icon at the top right(Samsung Members) >> Inbox >> Reply to the DM (Direct Message).

Viewing your Direct messages Inbox from your device.

  1. On the Members app go to the Community tab.
  2. Click on your profile picture and username.
  3. Click on Direct message.

You're saying that you can't access your Data on your Samsung Cloud account, because you asked Samsung to unlock your Cloud account, or because you can't access it while Samsung is trying to retrieve your Data for you?

I checked it just now and it's back to lock again i don't know what happen maybe because all my requested data is not yet done maybe i will just wait all to be done.
