Bought a Samsung tv and it died within 7 months. Called Samsung and they sent a repair company out. Repair company said needed a part and they would come back. They never came back. Apparently it was unfixable. Samsung contacted me and pushed an exchange. Agreed. Was told I would have the new tv in under 2 weeks. Well let’s say it’s been 4 weeks and I keep getting the run around. I was told it is with the trucking company and they should contact me within 7 business days. That came and last and suddenly it changed to they should contact me within 10-15 business days. Trucking company does not answer the phone- it’s an automated message that says they are unavailable. Nobody in customer service seems to be able to assist. This is not the way customer service should run at a company. I should have pressed for a refund and bought a Sony with it.
