Here is an answer from Samsung Canada, AND IT IS INCORRECT! 

Samsung Canada's Customer Support does NOT KNOW what it is talking about! 

1. Samsung does NOT release updates in "batches"! Everyone has access to the update once it is released, and at the same time. 
2. NO Canadian device has received One UI V5.0. 
3. As for the date, they are likely to be as correct as with their first two answers.. They are of no value.
