The audio from the soundbar cuts out for 1-2 seconds, every 10 mins. This occurs when playing through my PS4 Pro. The video does not cut out. Only the audio. Other owners are having similar issues with audio cutting out via other services (e.g. Alexa Wifi) on their samsung soundbars.

Question 2 - Is there a way to stop the soundbar from auto powering on when the spotify app is opened?

Hi, I suggest you please check the cable connection or change the cable between the PS4 Pro and soundbar and check if the issue got resolved. Is the soundbar connected to your mobile device while you are opening and using the Spotify app?

I bought  the Samsung Q950T sound bar. When playing video on the tv, it starts off well then suddenly starts loading and takes ages before it plays again. Quite annoying. Any suggestions please!

no solutions to this? my Q930 has the exact same issue. Audio will cut out for 5-10 seconds infrequently so annoying, for a new device in 2022. C'mon Samsung. Issue a firmware update or something.

I have a similar issue that's driving me crazy. I have a Q60T with a Yamaha sound bar - HDMI connection. It used to work fine, but one day it started cutting the sound for 1-2 seconds exactly every 52 minutes, consistently. Something changed that, and it's now one hour and 6 minutes. Maybe it was a firmware update, or a settings change, I don't know.

I tried Yamaha support, and they had me reset everything, and there was shortly a firmware upgrade, that did not help. They said it was the TV. The TV is also up to date with its firmware.

I don't know which device for sure is at fault, but I found on another forum some people having exactly the same issue with other brands of sound bar. This now tells me it must be the TV.

This happens regardless of input. TV sound, Fire Stick, PVR, they all do it, every 1:07.

I've tried some settings changes suggested on other forums with no change.

Has anyone else with this issue timed this? I see posts saying it happens often.
