Sound bar on side of screen

I want to put my sound bar back on top instead of the side of screen how do I do this

This should work. For those who do not know how to do it. You open the desktop settings and you go to the sound settings. there you click on "Play on screen" check it. The soundbar then works on top of the screen. (as the picture)
