I ordered a 65 inch Neo QLED 4k tv mid December 2022. Everything went fine no issues. Got a call on the 28th of December telling me that I will receive a call on January 4th to schedule delivery for my TV on Thursday's the 5th. 

Never received the call. When I questioned support on the 4th they gave zero answers and told me nothing. I ended up calling back on the 5th and was told my TV is coming to 6th and that I will be getting a call the 5th between 4pm and 8pm. That sounded like good news.

Got an email on the 6th telling me that there is a 7 business day delay in my order. I was like how??? When I was just told it is coming the 6th. I called in again... This time they told me oh it was a mistake and no one should have mislead you. I am like cool but I want my TV. I have spent about 10000$ for home office supplies and on Samsung products in 2022 now I am not saying I deserve preferential treatment or to have my orders faster than others but I think at the very least everyone deserve to not be lied to and jerked around by support. 

It is the holiday season so delay can happen but is it no up to Samsung to get ready for this time of the year? Like, imagine being a consumer and being lied to by support for 4 days straight and everyone giving false information and never hearing back from the delivery team regarding an order that is very hard to miss given that it is a massive TV. 

I am actually done with Samsung and will be transitioning to apple for mobile and wearables and will be heading over to LG or Sony for TV. I have never in my life been so disrespected by support in my life. Like is it so hard to just simply say there is a delay? Why make things up and lie and misslead a customer who sends a nice amount of money? This is bad for business and I hope anyone who reads it will reconsider buying from Samsung. The entire CS team is legit useless. If all they can do is tell me to wait why do you guys spend a ridiculous amount of money each year on support when I can get the same info by looking at my order in my account?

Yeah, starting get why... I think people should start a class action lawsuit. It would not be hard to win. All calls are logged so it is easy to get proof.

Yeah, I got my TV after one week of hassling them and was promised compensation for the way I was treated.

Worst phone I ever have SA51 so many issues at first date and still have 👽 pop up, and screen flashing on his own..**bleep**
