Termination of Samsung Cloud Components

This is an email sent from Samsung, regarding the termination of Samsung Cloud services. 

"Dear Samsung Cloud Customer,

Thank you for using Samsung Cloud.

With notice on 2020-09-02 and following the termination of the Music/Documents backup feature implemented on 2020-09-14, Samsung Cloud's Music/Documents restoration feature will be completely terminated as of 2023-07-03. After that, Music/Documents data stored in Samsung Cloud will also be deleted, so please download any data you have stored in advance."

I received this email in my inbox on Thursday April 20th. I am not disappointed that Samsung Cloud services are being terminated. I never had any use for it or even knew how to use it.

Will everything just stop backing up and no longer be on the cloud or will it all be deleted off our devices? 

I'm not quite clear on how this is working. 

do you have an idea as to where to backup my music and docs? i downloaded them onto my phone, there wasn't really another option

As of July 3rd, 2023 Music & Documents Will be DELETED from Samsung Cloud.

You can backup your music & documents to Microsoft's One Drive, Google Drive, Dropbox etc, or to your computer.

Backups to your device, unless you have an external sd card, are not wise, as if you have to Factory Reset your device, the internal storage will be wiped.
