Navigate to ‘Wipe Cache Partition’

Use the Volume Down button to scroll.

Highlight Wipe Cache Partition.

Press the Power button to select.

Confirm the Action

Use the Volume buttons to highlight Yes, then press Power to confirm.

Reboot the Device

Once the cache is wiped, the recovery menu will reappear.

Select Reboot System Now using the Power button.

OthersGo to Settings > Apps & Click here:
You will then see "Show System Apps" > Toggle it ON.
ie: Move the Toggle to the Right and Click OK.
You will then be able to search for System Apps.

Have a look at the screen shot below, see if using these settings works for you?
If that doesn't work, try using your Location if you aren't.. essentially the opposite of your current settings
