Anyone knows the reason samsung television not able to connect to home wifi? 

It says error and asking to contact manufacturer.

Hi, if you have different SSIDs for your 2.4 and 5 bands, try the 2.4band

Can you please let us know the model number of your TV?

Please check for the following things to ensure proper connection.

  • Check whether the router is turned on.
  • Check whether the internet data is turned on.
  • Check the SSID (Service Set Identifier) and password configuration of the router.

Also, please Restart the router and wait for 2 minutes to have the green indicator turned on.

  • Connect the TV with internet via mobile hotspot
  • Reset the network and check whether the issue is resolved or not.

Network reset path:

 Home >> Menu >> Settings >> All Settings >> Connection >> Network >> Reset Network.
