Freestyle Projector

Hi All,

First time here. Problem setting up my Freestyle Projector. Followed directions carefully, I get a screen with a portion of a white bar but 75% of the screen has a dark shadow over it and is very blurry. Tried most of the troubleshooting in the User Manual. Appreciate any help or thoughts.  Trevor

Possibly check that something is not on the front of your projector causing the blurriness and shadow
Could you post a picture of the problem you are seeing
Mine produces a perfectly clear bright picture

Check the spot where the light comes out of the front of the projector for any material  on it and if nothing I think your device must be defective.

Your picture from the projector should all look like the right side of your picture

Hi Ray, 

There is nothing on the projector face that's obstructing. It's weird, this is the 2nd projector that's not worked for me. Similar but not exactly the same issue. That's odd, Samsung makes good products I thought.

Hi Ray,

I would like to be a level 10 and figure this out. Obviously, I cannot troubleshoot on my screen. Is there an alternative to that?

Here is a picture of what I get for a picture from my projector
Yours looks like something is burnt inside the projector so you likely need to contact Samsung and see if you can get it replaced or fixed or take it and get examined at a repair place
There are troubleshooting steps with the projector but you likely can't use them if you aren't getting a clear picture that you can read what is in the screen
