OthersSamsung seems to have delete this post once already, so I'll try posting it again.
I purchase this TV in June 2021.
When you power on the TV, the panel lights up with a dim blue screen then turns off (black screen) and the light below the power button on the center bottom of the TV blinks twice and turns off. Then the TV tries to power on again... and it repeats this cycle continuously.
So this is a sure sign that the LED display is once again failed! My first LED display failed in the first 6 to 9 months, and I had it replaced under warranty. This display lasted about 18 months or so, and now I have a broken TV again.
When I called the repair shop, they said this seems to be very common in the SAMSUNG 7000 series TV panels. That is insane!
Has this been happening to anyone else?

OthersHi, I request you to please disconnect all the devices connected to the unit & unplug the unit for about 1-2 minutes and plug it back to the wall outlet and check.
Also have you tried to change the power outlet and checked if the issue is still persisting in all the sources ?

OthersHello Helenna,
Thank you for your reply.
All devices have been disconnected and the TV has been unplugged for a couple of days now.
I changed to a different power outlet as well.
I still get the exact same repeating cycle of power on/off with the little red light blinking twice on power on before shutting off again.
This is the second 7000 series LED panel to fail in this unit. The first one was replaced under warranty.

OthersHello Helenna,
Thanks for the reply. I ran through the chat help and it pointed me to:
https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001086/#tv-s-red-standby-light-is-blinking
Which at the bottom basically says:
Set up the TV for service.
If the TV still won't turn on and the red standby light is still blinking, this is a sign that something is wrong with your TV. Visit our Support Center to request service.
So, no luck there. As I mentioned, the repair man diagnosed this as a failed LED panel in about 30 seconds on the phone. The SAMSUNG 7000 series is built with faulty LED panels and mine has failed (again).

OthersI finished chatting with SAMSUNG support. In the end they decided that I should contact a service representative and they provided me with the SAMSUNG service center contact information in my area.

OthersWell I bit the bullet and paid a diagnostic fee to have a SAMSUNG certified repair center diagnose my non-functioning 58" SAMSUNG TV. They just informed me that the panel is indeed failed. Cost is about the same as a new TV.

OthersThis is the reply from SAMSUNG support once I started a chat to update them on the issue:
I would like to inform you that, Samsung provides 12 months of warranty from date of purchase. So if you want to replace the panel it's a paid service.

OthersWhen asked if the panel comes with any warranty once repaired:
"I am sorry, there is no warranty for the panel. The complete TV has warranty for 12 months."
So be forewarned... DO NOT BUY this JUNK!

OthersSame issue...it's a shame...that samsung knows that there are A LOT OF TV WITH THE SAME ISSUES...clearly defective panels...and ignore this! I'm about to buy a new TV...it won't be a Samsung TV for sure!
