Update regarding Galaxy S22 and Tab S8 shipment delays

Hey Samsung Members,


We are aware that many customers are experiencing shipment delays for specific models, and we wish to clear up some confusion regarding this.


Demand for the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy Tab S8 series of devices have reached a record high. Due to this, our retailers are having difficulty keeping up with orders. We are currently awaiting another shipment of devices from our manufacturers.


Your feedback is valuable to us. Our customer service team is working hard to ensure that every order is fulfilled as quickly as possible. All pre-order gifts and promotional items are guaranteed and will be delivered along with the devices as soon as inventory is made available.

I ordered mine on the 10th of feb and there's no update yet. If im not going to get my phone for another few weeks i might as well get it from a store. Only reason i placed an order witb samsung was for the online colors but thats obviously not worth it anymore. The CS team doesnt have any answers they see the same info as we do..the excitement is dead anyway. Way to go samsung!! Unless im getting a $100 compensation im cancelling my order. I know apple would've compensated us all for atleast a $150..i worked there so i know when the iPhone 12 series was delayed we offered free airpods for anyone whos order was delayed....

Ordered a case for my s22+ Ultra at the time of my initial order on February 19th. Case came, but no phone!! Just got off the phone with CS, who told me I can't return the case because I am 1 date late.... really??? I don't even have the phone!!!!! Phone should be here by Friday...I've heard that before.....We should go public and get the media involved! Samsung has our money in their bank account earning interest, and we the customers do not have the product...SMH!!!

Ordered Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 1 February 11. Was supposed to ship on Feb 22. It's now Mar 15 and still no phone. Called each week since and each week I was told a new date and each of those dates passed no phone. Escalated and got a ticket number the new date is March 19 for shipment. I played thru paybright . Whe I purchased it on February 11 I called paybright on the 12 to confirm the payment . They told me that payment was made to Samsung and that Samsung is paying the first 2 months of payments. So Samsung new there was going to be a delay in shipments on launch day but neglected to inform the public of the delay because I guess it would have hurt sales . So as I purchased it it good faith as like everyone else we should all be compensated with a price reduction on our purchase for the inconvenience it has caused.

Still showing ship date March 8th, I ordered 512 burgundy 12g ram, leather case, 25w charger. Nothings arrived, website still "processing". 🙄 not holding my breath after reading all the previous posts. My bank was charged and Samsung hasn't come through on a pre order promise. 😔

My order now says on its way, why dont i get a tracking number? Is this is stalling tactic? Say its on its way but really its not, keep me waiting longer.

It's take long time, five days ago show me my order s22 ultra ready to ship, it's taken 2 days and then 3 days for on the way. Today it's change and back again to ready to ship ! Are you guys playing with your customer!! Really im so disappointed.  By the way I did order since Feb 14

Samsung knew that Galaxy S22 would be sold out and should have a better preparation for an unlimited number of phones for sale. We, the customers, should not have been waiting for a month or more. We should be compensated for waiting...thus is really foolish on Samsung.

oh my! my pre-order on Feb 19, it is still "processing"! The dogs waiting for bone🦴🐕  have better service than samsung's customers, so sad! so bad!
