OthersHi Ben, I have been talking to customer care, and this is really frustrating. At first it requires hours of wait to reach them and they are going to say we dont know anything. The delivery can take 1-2 weeks, or 2-3 weeks or 3-4 weeks. They dont give any updates about my order. Wether its ready or in the process to get ready or will never get ready.
This is not the Samsug I used to love. Last year, when I ordered it was delivered before the date. If my order was not supposed to be delivered on 8th March, then I should not have gotten that in my mail that shipping starts from 8th March. If it was supposed to happen after today I would love to get that weeks date or a closer reference date instead 25 Feb and 8 March. This is the worst experience. The chat support team keeps copy pasting the same statements with many mistakes. Nothing get clear. At times they just hung up and there is no way to reach but wait for more hours in the chat room again to reach to someone.
I wish there was an easy way like my friends in apple ecosystem have. But anyway I hope this will be look forward.

OthersI ordered Feb 11. Samsung took my money in full. Had a delivery date of Feb 22. That has come and gone. No communication except for harrassing emails to send in my trade in. Any time I have contacted chat support they tell me 3 to 5 days. I'm tired of wasting my time. And samsung should be paying interest on money they are holding.

OthersThe delay isn't what's frustrating. What's frustrating is that when I purchased my s22 ultra it said it would be delivered within a couple of days. Then after the delay was announced and almost 3 weeks later the estimated delivery date still hasn't changed. I spoke with several customer service reps and they all gave me conflicting answers regarding when the device would be delivered. You guys need to be better at informing customers when they should expect their products both before and after they purchase them.
