I find the updates happen a day later. At least that has been my experience.

Telus is publishing a schedule. Rogers took theirs down along with all the support databases so we can no longer look up solutions to problems 🙁

Possibly next week because updates don't normally come on weekends

Yeah most likely, the US just received the October Security Patch OTA for the S25 series.

Why Telus has to inform Samsung for updates they can just released it like Google and Apple does....?

I don't know if Samsung Canada has any interest in providing the information.. I also increasingly believe that Samsung's current Moderators may well be A.I. This is based on the interaction that I had a few weeks ago with Samsung Support.. it was via text, and at the end of the session, I was asked what I thought of the support from Samsung's A.I.!!!! I had absolutely no idea that I was "communicating" with A.I.

The answers we are seeing from Samsung's Moderator are far more comprehensive than ever, which is one of the reasons why I suspect that the answers might be A.I. generated..
