Hey Samsung Members!

 

The Samsung Members Team is aware that some users may be having difficulties accessing their e-voucher for the Early Bird Note20 offer.  We are working hard to resolve this issue and we will post an update once the issue is corrected. All Members who are eligible per the terms and conditions will receive a code. Terms and conditions can be seen at Samsung.com/evoucher.

The issue regarding the missing banner in Samsung Members has been fixed. If you were encountering an issue with this, please check again to see if the issue has been resolved for you. Please stay tuned this thread for more updates regarding this issue as the moderators work hard to address your questions. 

 

[UPDATE #2]

Please be sure to completely close the Samsung Members app, as the banners need to refresh. In order to completely close the app, tap on the 3-line button on the bottom left of your device and press "Close all". Please use this screenshot as a guide.

samsung note 20 ultra was launched today at Yorkdale store in Toronto. I have registered to pickup my devices at 11 am. I can't see the voucher for ear buds. I had called the samsung help and they weren't able to help. How can I claim the ear buds?

I also just received my phone and there is no sign of the evoucher. I would like to NOT miss out of the preorder bonus at the fault of samsung

Hi Samsung members,

 

Thanks for your patience.
The issue is now resolved. We request you to try the steps again to redeem the bonus gifts.


1. You MUST have new Note 20| Note 20 Ultra device.
2. Open the Members App on your device.
3. Scroll down to the Benefit Section in the Members App & click on the banner.
4. It will open up this detailed banner. You needs to click on "Download Coupon".
5. You should Copy to clipboard and click on "View where to use" to go directly to Samsung.com to choose their Gift.
6. Select the Gift and click on "Continue".
7. Paste the code in "Add Promotion code".
8. Check out.

If you are still unable to see the banner, please direct message the moderators Keagan, -Tony with the IMEI and place of purchase for review.

Greetings...

After following instructions put forward there is no place to add the e-voucher code on the website from clicking where to use...and that includes a reboot of the phone AND thebusenof a different Samsung device (another phone and a tablet). I still get a page leading to either full payment with credit card or paypal. 

The FREE charge pad i already have which I do not want keeps getting added with no way of saying no to.
