voicemail number (not set)

Is there a number that goes under this? I cannot setup my voicemail on the 10e. 
When I add my own cellphone number it still won't work, does anyone have any idea what to do?  Thank you.

I have to hold the number 1 key, mine has cassette icon underneath it, if that's what you mean? 🤷‍♂️

If you have an old phone or freind with the same cell provider you could look up the number in the phone.

Otherwise you will have to contact your cell provider for the number to enter.

it's a new Samsung 10e. and I don't know of anyone yet. but thank you.

It should have been automatically set up when you put in your sim card and connected to your provider but if it didn't I don't think it has anything to do with the phone model. You just have to get the number from your provider and put it in the phone
